Can you please tell me how to make it ding on auto attacks? I have the following settings - which work for others - so is there anything else I need to change?

Those sort of look like they might work. However you are missing out when you attempt to hit but miss, etc. Regexs that detect that but not CA misses would be complex.

I suggest you just use a plugin like this:

That's the way mine is setup and it works for me. Granted the lack sound on a miss can cause a slight hesitation but I've gotten use to it and have a good feel for when my bow should have fired. I tried using .*?YOU miss.* but that doesn't seem to elicit a response. I'll probably try the plugin and see how that works.
